Working with us
How much do your services cost?
Every business is different, so we price based on your goals, scope and channels. After a free strategy session we send a tailored proposal with clear deliverables and fees, with no obligation to proceed.
What happens in the free strategy session?
In 30–60 minutes we review your current marketing performance, identify growth gaps, look at your competitive position and outline the highest-impact opportunities. You'll leave with useful insight whether or not we work together.
How long are your contracts?
Our retainers typically run for 6–12 months. Marketing compounds over time, and this gives us room to test, learn and deliver sustained results rather than short-term spikes. Project work such as websites and brand strategy is scoped separately.
How will I know it's working?
We agree KPIs before launch and report against them monthly or quarterly. You'll see what was spent, what it produced, and what we're changing next.
Is ad spend included in your fees?
No. Ad budgets are paid directly to platforms like Meta and Google so you keep full control and visibility. Our management fee is separate.
Do you work with businesses outside Accra?
Yes. We work with businesses across Ghana and beyond. Strategy sessions and reviews run on Google Meet, so location is never a barrier.
Who creates the content?
Our in-house creative team produces graphics, video and copy. Nothing is outsourced, which keeps quality high and turnaround fast.
How do payments work?
Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Project work is usually split into a deposit and milestone payments. We accept bank transfer and mobile money.

Is ad spend included in your fee?
No. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta or Google, so you keep full visibility and control. Our management fee is separate.

Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Google Display and YouTube. We'll recommend the mix that fits your customers.

Which platforms do you cover?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. We focus on the two or three where your customers actually spend time.
Do you create the content?
Yes. Our in-house creative team produces the graphics, video and copy, so quality and brand consistency stay high.

Do you design logos?
Yes, as part of identity development. We start with strategy so the visual identity is built on a clear position.

How long does SEO take?
Most clients see meaningful movement within 3–6 months. SEO compounds, so the gains keep building the longer it runs.
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No honest agency can. We commit to a clear plan, transparent reporting and measurable improvement in rankings and traffic.

Can you build an online store?
Yes. We build e-commerce sites with payment options that work for Ghanaian customers, including mobile money.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Yes. We hand over a site your team can update, with training included.
